Young people on: education to work

What do young people really think about growing up today? In this powerful video directed by members of our Youth Insight Group, young people share their views on the challenges and possibilities of moving from education into work.

From reimagining the school curriculum to calling for better career support and raising concerns about mental health and identity, their voices highlight what matters most to the next generation and what they believe needs to change.

Postcards from 2035

During our workshops exploring how 16-24-year-olds from across the UK are experiencing the journey from school to work, we asked participants to write a postcard from their future selves. The result? Powerful, personal messages offering a unique window into young people’s ambitions, hopes and perspectives on what really matters to them when it comes to their careers.
