Youth Crime - an effective response

The Nuffield Foundation has funded an inquiry by the Police Foundation, an independent charity, into the ways that society responds to offending and anti-social behaviour by children and young people.

The Independent Commission on Youth Crime and Antisocial Behaviour is chaired by corporate lawyer Anthony Salz and aims to produce a blueprint for effective, humane and sustainable reforms to relevant children's services based on the current evidence.
