Childcare for adult learners in further education. This Nuffield-funded briefing paper produced by the Daycare Trust in collaboration with ENEF identifies the potential childcare funding routes available to parents who are studying at FE level in the UK. It also highlights some of the difficulties in accessing childcare funding, and offers some recommendations for improving the situation in the future.

Care Matters. A guide to the Carers (Equal Opportunities) Act 2004. Published in May 2007, this guide promotes a more proactive approach in supporting family carers who wish to access education, training and employment.

A guide to support for adult learners caring for disabled children or other family members. First published in 2005, the guide covers the full range of education and training options, and sources of support, for adult learners in England who are also family carers.
