Careers guidance within a changing education and training system

Appropriate guidance is seen to be essential to the support given to young people as they progress through an increasingly flexible yet complex system of courses leading to further training, employment and higher education. A recent paper looks at how the present system of guidance in schools and colleges might adapt to the changes which are currently taking place?
